Amara Spa is Beauty Salon located in Fulham, London.

Exstatic Multimedia were given the task of implementing an online newsletter system to ensure that all of Amara Spa’s clients were kept up to date on the happenings in the salon, special offers and events, via a friendly, unobtrusive and environmentally friendly manner.

We worked along side Amara Spa’s marketing team to come up with a smooth, streamlined system that allowed anyone to create a newsletter via a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor, upload pictures and insert text, into a pre-defined email newsletter template.

As well as the easy to user interface, Amara Spa had a requirement to link the newly created email marketing system into their legacy in-house client management system so that when new clients joined, or old clients left, the email list could be easily updated.
